I was in Cancun it January, I ordered tickets from you for the Chitniza tour. We were to go on January 23. We waited out on the road for the bus instead of waiting at the front door of the Hotel consequently we missed our tour. Someone from the Hotel phoned you and told you the circumstances. You asked if we could go the next day which we could.

I just want to thank your company for that. It was very much appreciated that we were able to see the Mayan ruins. You were not under obligation to do that, It was good of you.

I booked a trip to Chichen Itza for my husband and I through your company. I must tell you it was excellent!! The tour guide, Raymundo, and support crew were wonderful. It was really VIP all the way. I could tell from the other tour buses and operators that ours was bar none the best. I just wanted to contact you and tell you how thrilled we were with your company's services.  We absolutely loved Francisco, we were lucky enough to have him for our tour, if it is at all possible, would appreciate it if he could be our guide in the future!  We commend Francisco for his courtesy and his help in getting us anything we wanted during the tour.  We will highly recommend your company to anyone we know because of him!  (And of course, because of you, too!)

I was ill on the day we were to go on our tour I booked through Cancun Fun
Tours but had no problem re-scheduling (as you stated).  Again I was impressed
with the service and the staff people who assisted us plus the price was lower
to other tour agencies.

My husband and I just returned from Cancun 2/10/08.  We stayed at the Intercontinental Presidente (we did not make the reservations thru your site) we loved the hotel and the staff was very nice.  What a nice vacation!

I wanted to let you know that your staff, specifically Carlos and Anar were very helpful!

Ana helped me decide which tours we might enjoy before we left for our trip.  She really did a wonderful job!  We loved the Chichen Itza Plus Tour.   Carlos helped us re arrange our plans when our plan was delayed for 10 hours!!  He made me feel so good, like "don't worry, changes are no problem."

Hi Fer,

   I would like to thank you so much for recommending the tour to Chichen Itza Premier added. It was truly a great experience. The weather was fantastic the day we went...29 C and sunny.

   There were little things that made the tour all the more better. The local native children along the lake were luring in crocodiles with chicken on a string so we could get pictures of them. The Mayan village really let us know how to be content with the things we have in life. They were worth some amazing pictures I took...National Geographic style.

  The whole Chichen Itza day went smooth as silk from pickup to drop off. When you're not familiar with the area at all, things like these are extremely important. We never got nervous and felt like we were totally taken care of.

Thanks again Fer. I'll recommend you to all my friends heading down there. Great company.

Your service is awesome! We were late for our tours, yet your driver was waiting for us at at the main lobby and had a big smile. The pickup from the hotel was exactly at the time requested.  The drivers and hosts were friendly and helpful-

Many times we only hear the bad things about our business; therefore I felt compelled to send this message.  We will be traveling to Cancun again next year for the holidays.  I will use your service again without hesitation.  I will also recommend your service to my acquaintances vacationing in Cancun.
